Executive Director
Keith Rawlings
Executive director, Keith Rawlings, is the founder of Youth In Action. This youth organization is currently made up of about fifty middle and high school students who volunteer their time for fund raising and carrying out projects aimed at bettering the community. Under Keith's guidance, the group has carried out such projects as: 125 miles of diapers collected, 16 wishes for Make-A-Wish, and 275,000 hours of community service. Over 650 kids have gone through the program with nine of them earning their Ph.D.'s

Keith is not only the leader of Youth In Action, he also serves as a role model and friend to all who participate in the group. Within Keith's hectic schedule of spending time with his family, working, and volunteering, Keith always finds time to talk with and listen to all of YIA's youth. Keith's dedication to and love of helping others rubs off on the members, giving them the desire to serve, making volunteering and community service fun for everyone!

Katie West
Katie is a current Senior and attends Cor Jesu Academy. Aside from Youth in Action, she is also a member of the soccer and basketball team. Katie loves volunteering and hopes to make a meaningful impact on the YIA community as President.

Bella is a Senior at Kirkwood High school. She loves traveling, hanging out with friends, and making a difference in our community.

Lucy Shepard
Lucy is a Senior at Cor Jesu Academy where she is involved in NHS, Admissions Ambassadors, and various clubs. Aside from Youth in Action, she babysits and loves volunteering. Service is a big part of her life, and she strives always to help others and make a difference in her community.
Katie Beth Terrill

Katie Beth is involved in NHS, and dances on the Cor Jesu dance team. In her free time, she loves to go to the gym or get a sweet treat! She loves service because it helps others, but also helps you grow as a person.
